COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease) is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2, a newly discovered coronavirus (2019-nCoV).

In approximately 10-15 minutes, the rapid test for SARS-CoV-2 diagnosis detects IgG and/or IgM from human serum, whole blood, or plasma.

The rapid tests, which are available in cassette form, are based on the concept of lateral flow immunoassay chromatography. The test is based on the capillary force separation of a mixture’s components through a medium and the precise and rapid binding of an antibody to its antigen.

Immunoglobulins IgM and IgG are immunoglobulins developed by the immune system to defend against SARS-CoV-2. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgM and IgG antibodies can therefore be used in patient samples.

We sell a variety of kits for detecting IgG, IgM, or both at the same time. We also sell kits that only include the cassettes, as well as full kits for sampling and testing. All of these kits are for in vitro diagnostic use only and are only available to healthcare professionals.
